About Us:

Edible Eastbourne promotes community gardening and local food projects in different areas of Eastbourne. To date we have planted Eastbourne Pippin apple trees in local parks alongside fruit and hebs as part of a permaculture guild system thanks to funding from Eastbourne Borough Council. 

We are just starting work on our Incredible Allotment Project thanks to funding from Tesco Bags of Help which will allow us to set up a basic allotment to offer regular gardening opportunities and basic outdoor training to all residents.

We still need to equip the site with a polytunnel for year round growing opportunities and will be raising funds to help with this and general group running costs.

We need your help so we can continue to offer and even expand our projects as well as support more community growing spaces and skill sharing opportunities across Eastbourne.
